By accessing and using OptiTask AI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OptiTask AI regarding your use of our project management and productivity platform.

Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of such changes.

OptiTask AI provides a comprehensive project management and productivity platform that includes:

• Task and project management tools
• Team collaboration features
• AI-powered insights and recommendations
• Time tracking and productivity analytics
• Goal setting and progress monitoring
• Integration with third-party services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Responsibilities

Account Termination

Subscription Plans

OptiTask AI offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
• We use Stripe for secure payment processing
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees

Refunds

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. Refunds for paid subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Service Ownership

OptiTask AI and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OptiTask AI and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the service. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms.

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the service.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Your use of the service is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall OptiTask AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OptiTask AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

All provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
